Inxie LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Inxie app.

• Name, email address, and password when you create an account
• Profile information including bio, photos, and tattoo style preferences
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
• Messages and communications sent through Inxie
• Booking details including appointment dates and deposit amounts

• Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
• Usage data (features used, time spent in app)
• Location data (if you grant permission, used to show nearby artists)
• IP address and general geographic location

• Stripe provides transaction and payment status information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Facilitate bookings between clients and artists
• Process payments through Stripe
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, and updates
• Display artist profiles and content in the discovery feed
• Improve the Inxie platform and user experience
• Respond to support requests and resolve disputes
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• With artists or clients as necessary to facilitate a booking
• With Stripe for payment processing
• With service providers who assist in operating the platform
• If required by law, court order, or government request

Inxie may request access to your device's location to show you tattoo artists near you. Location access is optional and can be disabled in your device settings at any time.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications

Inxie is available to users aged 13 and older in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Booking and payment features are restricted to users 18 and older. If we become aware that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete it promptly.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure storage.

Inxie integrates with Stripe for payments and Supabase for database infrastructure. These services have their own privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of Inxie after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
