Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Inxie. By creating an account or using the Inxie platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Inxie.

1. ABOUT INXIE

Inxie is a tattoo booking and social marketplace platform operated by Inxie LLC. Inxie connects tattoo artists with clients, enabling discovery, communication, and booking of tattoo appointments. Inxie is not a tattoo studio and does not employ tattoo artists.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Inxie is available to users aged 13 and older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age.

Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may browse artist profiles, explore the discovery feed, and follow artists. Users under the age of 18 may not book appointments, submit deposits, or make any payments through Inxie. Booking and payment features are restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older.

Inxie reserves the right to terminate or restrict any account where age misrepresentation is suspected. If we become aware that a user under the age of 13 has created an account, we will delete it promptly.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

When you create an account on Inxie, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information including your date of birth
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Inxie reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.

4. ARTIST ACCOUNTS

Tattoo artists who register on Inxie agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their services, pricing, and availability
• Maintain a valid Stripe Connect account for payment processing
• Honor confirmed bookings and communicate professionally with clients
• Comply with all applicable laws and licensing requirements in their jurisdiction
• Only accept bookings from users who are 18 years of age or older

Inxie reserves the right to remove artist listings that contain inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content.

5. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

Booking and payment features are available exclusively to users who are 18 years of age or older. When a client submits a deposit through Inxie:

• The deposit is processed via Stripe and transferred to the artist, minus Inxie's platform fee of 4%
• The deposit constitutes a binding agreement between the client and artist for the scheduled appointment
• Inxie is not a party to the agreement between the client and artist

All payment disputes between clients and artists are the responsibility of the parties involved. Inxie will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolution but cannot guarantee outcomes.

6. DEPOSIT AND REFUND POLICY

All deposits paid through Inxie are non-refundable unless the artist cancels the appointment. By paying a deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy. Artists may, at their sole discretion, choose to issue refunds in exceptional circumstances. Inxie does not process refunds on behalf of artists except in cases of artist cancellation. 7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users of Inxie may not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Arrange off-platform transactions to circumvent Inxie's payment system
• Scrape or reproduce Inxie content without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to access booking or payment features if under the age of 18
• Misrepresent your age or identity

8. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Users retain ownership of content they post on Inxie. By posting content, you grant Inxie a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and promote that content within the platform and in Inxie marketing materials.

Inxie's name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of Inxie LLC and may not be used without written permission.

9. TATTOO CONTENT AND IMAGERY

Inxie may contain images of tattoos, including content that depicts mature artistic themes. By using Inxie, you acknowledge that you may encounter this type of content. Users under the age of 18 are responsible for obtaining parental or guardian consent before using the platform.

10. DISCLAIMERS

Inxie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Inxie does not guarantee the quality of tattoo services provided by artists on the platform. Inxie is not responsible for any disputes, injuries, or damages arising from bookings made through the platform.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inxie LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Inxie. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to Inxie in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Inxie may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
